Massage therapists in Cheshire: local massage quotes, coming soon

Sports, deep tissue, Swedish and relaxation massage, at home or in clinic: how to find and compare local massage therapists in Crewe, Nantwich, Sandbach and across Cheshire, and how massage therapists can win work.

Honest status: QuoteZila is pre-launch. Customers cannot post jobs yet, and no businesses are listed yet. This page explains how QuoteZila will work for massage therapists, and for homeowners who need one. We are signing up local businesses first, starting in Cheshire.

What does a massage therapist do?

A massage therapist uses touch and manipulation to ease muscle tension, aid relaxation or support recovery from exercise, working in a clinic, a studio or at your home. Typical services include:

  • Swedish and relaxation massage
  • Deep tissue massage
  • Sports massage for training and recovery
  • Pregnancy massage, with a suitably trained therapist
  • Mobile massage at home
  • Corporate and event massage

What should I check before hiring a massage therapist?

General guidance, whichever way you find someone:

  • Ask about their qualifications, insurance and professional membership.
  • Tell the therapist about injuries, conditions, medication and pregnancy before the treatment starts.
  • Agree what the treatment involves and how long it lasts, and tell them if you want it to stop or change.
  • Ask about their cancellation policy.

Useful official sites: CNHC. QuoteZila is not affiliated with these organisations.

QuoteZila plans to show customers what we checked about each business and when. Those labels describe checks only and are not a guarantee of any business or its work.

How will QuoteZila help me find massage therapists near me?

  1. Post your job for free. Describe the massage work and where you are.
  2. Matched local businesses send quotes. Each job is planned to go to a small number of suitable businesses, not the whole town.
  3. Compare. See what each quote includes, ask questions and review what has been checked.
  4. Choose. Pick who you want and agree the details in writing.

This is how QuoteZila is designed to work. Customer posting is not open yet.

What should I put in my massage therapist job description?

  • Say what you need: relaxation, pain relief or sports recovery.
  • Mention injuries, health conditions or pregnancy.
  • Say whether you want a clinic visit or a mobile therapist at home.
  • Give your availability.

Are you a massage therapist in Cheshire? How can you get local work with no lead fees?

QuoteZila is built so that local businesses spend their time quoting, not buying enquiries. Our intention is no lead fees: you would not pay per enquiry, per job or per quote. The first 500 businesses to join at launch (the Launch 500) get 2 months free with no card needed. After that the planned price is £15 a month, starting later and only once you accept the terms. That is our current plan, not a contract. Choose Massage & therapy as your main trade on the sign-up form and tell us how far you travel.

Which Cheshire towns will QuoteZila cover?

We are launching first in Crewe, Nantwich, Sandbach, Congleton, Winsford, Middlewich, and the wider county. See the Cheshire areas page for details. A launch area is where we plan to start, not a claim that massage therapists are already listed there.

Frequently asked questions about massage therapists

Does massage therapy treat medical conditions?

A massage therapist can ease muscle tension and help you relax, but it is not a substitute for medical advice. See your doctor about pain or any condition that worries you.

What is the difference between sports and deep tissue massage?

Sports massage focuses on muscles used in exercise and recovery, while deep tissue massage works on deeper layers of muscle generally. The therapist can recommend one after hearing your needs.

Can I find a massage therapist on QuoteZila yet?

Not yet. QuoteZila is pre-launch and is signing up local businesses first, starting in Cheshire. Customer job posting is coming soon and will be free for customers. If you are a massage therapist in Cheshire you can register your interest in the Launch 500 now, with 2 months free and no card needed.
