How do tradespeople get local work through QuoteZila?
- Set up your profile: your trade, where you work and how far you will travel.
- Get matched jobs: when someone nearby posts a job that fits, we let you know. Each job goes to a small number of businesses, not the whole town.
- Quote, ask or decline: send a clear itemised quote, ask the customer a question, or pass. No charge per job.
- Get booked and reviewed: if the customer picks you, you do the job. Reviews are planned to be linked to real jobs done through QuoteZila.
How much does QuoteZila cost for tradespeople?
The first 500 businesses to join at launch (the Launch 500) get 2 months free, with no card needed. After that the planned price is £15 a month. It starts later and only once you have accepted the terms, which we will confirm, including VAT, before your trial ends. Signing up now costs nothing. This is our current plan, not a contract.
Why does QuoteZila intend to have no lead fees?
On many lead sites you pay whether or not you win the job. We want local businesses to spend their time quoting, not buying enquiries. So our intention is no lead fees, with one flat monthly price instead. We say intention because the final terms are not published yet, and we will not claim more than we can promise.
Which trades and areas can join the Launch 500?
We are launching first in Crewe, Nantwich, Sandbach, Congleton, Winsford, Middlewich and the wider county. Trades include plumbers, electricians, plasterers, builders, roofers, joiners and carpenters, decorators, gardeners, cleaners, heating engineers and more. Start with the guide for your trade:

What do I need to join the Launch 500?
A business name, a contact name, email and phone number, your base postcode, your main trade and how far you will travel. We may check identity and business details, and trade registrations or insurance where relevant. These checks are not a guarantee of any business or its work.

Is there a lead fee?
Our intention is no lead fees: you would not pay per enquiry, per job or per quote. Membership is planned as one flat monthly price. This is our current intention rather than a contract, and we will confirm the final terms before your trial ends.
Do I need to enter card details?
No. The Launch 500 sign-up needs no card and takes no payment. Your 2 free months start when your business is approved and live on the platform.
What happens after the 2 free months?
The plan is £15 a month, starting later and only once you accept the terms, which we will confirm, including VAT, before your trial ends. Until you accept them, your business login is paused. Nothing is taken automatically.
Is a Launch 500 place guaranteed?
Not yet. Places go to the first 500 businesses to join at launch, and we may check your details first. We will explain how it works when we launch.
How do I get work through QuoteZila?
